What is VPP and how it works ?

A Virtual Power Plant (VPP for short) is where businesses or households install a battery to store their surplus electricity from solar energy and dispatch that electricity from the battery into the market at times of peak demand via software.
Kratos Energy recently teamed up with Virtual Power Network (VPN) to prospective residential customer with Battery Storage System. The Feed In Tariff is $0.45 KWH, highest in the state and hence prospective customer power bill will come to zero and will be cash positive by $50 to $100 per month.
