Solar packages, batteries and EV chargers for Baulkham Hills, Norwest and Winston Hills — the whole 2153 postcode. Big established roofs, mature trees and a lot of ageing first-generation systems: we assess all three for free and lodge your grid-connection application.
These are estimates, not fixed prices. Each one assumes a straightforward installation and already has the federal STC discount for postcode 2153 taken off. What your home actually costs depends on your roof, switchboard and connection — we confirm it in writing after a free assessment.

Anything that applies to your home is itemised in your written quote before you commit to it.
Estimates only, including GST, checked September 2026. STC figures use postcode 2153, 2026 deeming and an assumed $38 per certificate — the discount you receive depends on the certificate market on your installation date. Savings are modelled on typical usage and tariffs and are not a guarantee.
Your distribution network — not your retailer — decides how much solar your Baulkham Hills home may send back to the grid. The flexible export offer is changing this year, and because it applies to upgraded systems as well as new ones, it matters to the many Baulkham Hills roofs carrying a system from the early 2010s.
Flexible exports: eligible customers can export up to 10kW per phase most of the time, with the inverter adjusting automatically when the local network needs it to. On a three-phase home that is a large allowance.
The fixed alternative: choosing a fixed export limit instead caps exports at 1.5kW.
Flexible exports become the default connection option for eligible new and upgraded solar systems.
The NSW Solar Bonus Scheme, which paid a gross feed-in tariff, closed on 31 December 2016 — so a system installed under it now earns an ordinary retailer rate, and upgrading cannot cost you a tariff you no longer receive. What does change is the connection: your network treats a replacement as an upgraded system, which brings it under the current export rules. We lodge that application and tell you the limit before anything is taken off your roof.
Network rules change and every connection is approved on its own merits — we confirm the limit that applies to your address in writing before install day.
Home batteries attract two separate incentives. The federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program takes an estimated $3,402 off a 13.5 kWh battery, and NSW’s PDRS battery incentive + VPP bonus can add more on top. Already have solar? We check your inverter first — some systems take a battery as they are, others need a hybrid inverter.
Estimated federal rebate on 13.5 kWh of usable storage
Peak Demand Reduction Scheme (PDRS) battery incentive + VPP connection bonus.
Size your solar for it now. Our 10kW package comes pre-wired for a battery and an EV charger, so adding one later is a small job rather than a rebuild.
We review your roof, shading, switchboard and a recent power bill — including how your trees shade the roof through winter, not just on the day we visit.
A quote with the panel layout, inverter and every extra itemised. On a two-storey home that includes the access equipment, so it is priced before you commit rather than raised on install day.
We lodge your grid-connection application and confirm your export limit before install day. Replacing an existing system counts as an upgrade, and we handle that paperwork the same way.
CEC-accredited electricians install, test and commission the system, then clean up. Old panels and inverters from a system we replace are taken away and recycled.
Your retailer updates the meter and we set up monitoring so you can see every kWh.
Every install below is a real Kratos job, with the suburb and month it was completed. As we finish work around Baulkham Hills, those projects will appear here too.

Smarter Home Energy with Solar & Battery Storage Kratos Energy has successfully completed another residential solar and battery installation in Endeavour Hills, Victoria, combining a 10.45 kW Jinko solar system with 32 kWh of GoodWe battery storage. Designed to help the household generate more of its own electricity, store excess solar energy and reduce dependence on the grid, this system provides a strong foundation for smarter and more flexible home energy management. Project Overview Location: Endeavour Hills, Victoria Solar System Size: 10.45 kW Solar Panels: Jinko Solar Battery Storage: 32 kWh Battery Brand: GoodWe Project Type: Residential Solar + Battery Installation Status: Completed The Solution The property was equipped with a high-capacity rooftop solar system using Jinko solar panels, strategically installed to make effective use of the available roof space. The 10.45 kW solar array works alongside a substantial 32 kWh GoodWe battery system, allowing solar energy generated during the day to be stored for use when required. Rather than relying solely on electricity from the grid after sunset, the household can make greater use of energy generated from its own rooftop solar system. Why Solar + Battery? Combining solar generation with battery storage gives homeowners greater control over how and when they use electricity. This installation is designed to help the household: Increase the use of self-generated solar energy Store excess daytime solar production for later use Reduce reliance on grid electricity Make better use of solar energy during evenings and high-demand periods Gain greater control over household energy consumption Build a more energy-resilient home Reduce exposure to rising electricity costs over the long term Built for Long-Term Energy Independence With 10.45 kW of solar generation capacity and 32 kWh of battery storage, this Endeavour Hills installation represents a significant step towards greater household energy independence. The combination of Jinko solar technology and GoodWe energy storage provides the homeowner with a modern energy solution designed around both current electricity requirements and future energy needs.
