Solar, batteries and EV chargers for Unanderra, Cordeaux Heights, Farmborough Heights, Kembla Grange, Mount Kembla and Kembla Heights. Cordeaux Heights and Farmborough Heights climb the foothills of Mount Kembla, where sloping blocks and two-storey homes are part of the landscape. That changes how a system is installed and what the quote should include.
These are estimates, not fixed prices. Each one assumes a straightforward installation and already has the federal STC discount for postcode 2526 taken off. What your home actually costs depends on your roof, switchboard and connection — we confirm it in writing after a free assessment.

Anything that applies to your home is itemised in your written quote before you commit to it.
Estimates only, including GST, checked October 2026. STC figures use postcode 2526, 2026 deeming and an assumed $38 per certificate — the discount you receive depends on the certificate market on your installation date. Savings are modelled on typical usage and tariffs and are not a guarantee.
The system on a steep two-storey roof in Farmborough Heights is the same as one on a single-storey house in Unanderra. Getting the crew onto it safely is not, and that is where quotes for the same size system part company.
Two storeys, a steep pitch or a sloping block means scaffold, edge protection or another fall-prevention system for the whole job.
Panels mount flush on steep roofs as they do on low ones. A steeper north face can even do slightly better in winter, when the sun is low.
Mount Kembla sits to the west. On the highest streets it can take winter afternoon sun, so the array leans east and north there.
If you live in a two-storey home or on a steep roof and the quote says nothing about scaffold or edge protection, ask how the crew will work safely. Either it has been included without being named, or it has been left out. Our quotes list it separately so you can compare like with like.
Network rules change and every connection is approved on its own merits — we confirm the limit that applies to your address in writing before install day.
Workshops, warehouses and offices use most of their power in daylight, which is when solar makes it. A business system is sized from the site’s daytime load and its connection rather than from a household bill, and the assessment looks at the switchboard, the roof structure and how much of the output the site can use itself.
How we assess a commercial siteHome batteries attract two separate incentives. The federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program takes an estimated $3,402 off a 13.5 kWh battery, and NSW’s NSW VPP connection incentive (battery via federal program) can add more on top. Already have solar? We check your inverter first — some systems take a battery as they are, others need a hybrid inverter.
Estimated federal rebate on 13.5 kWh of usable storage
NSW virtual power plant (VPP) incentive when you connect an eligible battery to a VPP, on top of the federal Cheaper Home Batteries discount. The NSW upfront battery discount ended for installs from 1 July 2025.
Size your solar for it now. Our 10kW package comes pre-wired for a battery and an EV charger, so adding one later is a small job rather than a rebuild.
We look at the roof pitch, the height and the way onto it, as well as shading, the switchboard and a recent bill. On a two-storey home or a steep block, how the crew safely reaches the roof is decided here.
A quote with the panel layout, the inverter and every extra itemised. Scaffold or edge protection, where needed, is its own line with the reason.
We lodge your grid-connection application and confirm any export limit before install day.
Fall protection goes up first. CEC-accredited electricians then install, test and commission the system, and clean up.
Your retailer updates the meter and we set up monitoring so you can see every kWh.
Every install below is a real Kratos job, with the suburb and month it was completed. As we finish work around Unanderra, those projects will appear here too.

Smarter Home Energy with Solar & Battery Storage Kratos Energy has successfully completed another residential solar and battery installation in Endeavour Hills, Victoria, combining a 10.45 kW Jinko solar system with 32 kWh of GoodWe battery storage. Designed to help the household generate more of its own electricity, store excess solar energy and reduce dependence on the grid, this system provides a strong foundation for smarter and more flexible home energy management. Project Overview Location: Endeavour Hills, Victoria Solar System Size: 10.45 kW Solar Panels: Jinko Solar Battery Storage: 32 kWh Battery Brand: GoodWe Project Type: Residential Solar + Battery Installation Status: Completed The Solution The property was equipped with a high-capacity rooftop solar system using Jinko solar panels, strategically installed to make effective use of the available roof space. The 10.45 kW solar array works alongside a substantial 32 kWh GoodWe battery system, allowing solar energy generated during the day to be stored for use when required. Rather than relying solely on electricity from the grid after sunset, the household can make greater use of energy generated from its own rooftop solar system. Why Solar + Battery? Combining solar generation with battery storage gives homeowners greater control over how and when they use electricity. This installation is designed to help the household: Increase the use of self-generated solar energy Store excess daytime solar production for later use Reduce reliance on grid electricity Make better use of solar energy during evenings and high-demand periods Gain greater control over household energy consumption Build a more energy-resilient home Reduce exposure to rising electricity costs over the long term Built for Long-Term Energy Independence With 10.45 kW of solar generation capacity and 32 kWh of battery storage, this Endeavour Hills installation represents a significant step towards greater household energy independence. The combination of Jinko solar technology and GoodWe energy storage provides the homeowner with a modern energy solution designed around both current electricity requirements and future energy needs. From system planning through to installation, the Kratos Energy team focused on delivering a clean, practical and professionally installed solution suited to the property. “I'd like to thank Nessar and my neighbour Hasan for doing a wonderful job organising the installation of solar panels on my house. Wei and his team worked incredibly hard, especially since my home is double-storey, making the installation quite challenging. They spent the entire day ensuring everything was completed correctly. I'm very happy with the service.”
“Loved the service and the quality of the products provided. The analysis and recommendations before installation were extremely helpful. Highly recommended.”
